A Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers.
Promote and sell the company’s products or services.
Generate new leads through calls, emails, and field visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Willingness to travel, if required.
Age
18 to 35 years (may vary depending on the organization).
Salary
₹18,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
