The Electrician & Fitter Training program is designed to provide practical and technical skills in electrical installation, maintenance, repair, fitting, and mechanical assembly. Roles & Responsibilities
Learn electrical wiring, installation, and maintenance techniques.
Perform fitting, assembly, and repair of mechanical components.
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
Operate electrical and mechanical tools safely.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Follow workplace safety standards and procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
Assist senior technicians in installation and maintenance work.
Perform preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
Complete assigned practical tasks and training activities.
Eligibility
10th Pass, Intermediate (10+2), or ITI candidates.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Basic understanding of mathematics and science is preferred.
Willingness to learn technical and practical skills.
Physically fit to perform workshop and field activities.
Age
18 to 30 years (may vary depending on the training provider).
Stipend
₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month (if applicable).
Some training programs may be unpaid and offer certification upon successful completion.
