Program Description
The Welding & Technical Skills training program is designed to provide practical knowledge and hands-on experience in welding, metal fabrication, equipment handling, and industrial safety. The program prepares candidates for careers in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, automotive, and engineering industries.
Roles & Responsibilities
Learn different welding techniques such as Arc, MIG, TIG, and Gas Welding.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Operate welding machines and fabrication tools safely.
Cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
Inspect welded joints for quality and accuracy.
Perform equipment maintenance and basic repairs.
Follow workplace safety standards and use protective equipment.
Assist in fabrication, installation, and maintenance projects.
Maintain tools, machines, and work areas.
Complete assigned practical tasks and training exercises.
Eligibility
10th Pass, Intermediate (10+2), ITI, or Diploma candidates.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
Basic knowledge of mechanical tools is preferred.
Physically fit to perform workshop and field activities.
Willingness to learn technical skills.
Age
18 to 30 years (may vary depending on the training provider).
Stipend
₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month (if applicable).
Some training programs may be unpaid and provide certification upon successful completion.
