A Business Development Intern supports the business development team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with market research. This internship provides practical experience in sales, marketing, customer communication, and business growth strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals.
Communicate with prospective clients through email, phone, or social media.
Schedule client meetings and follow up on inquiries.
Assist in preparing business reports and sales documents.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Support business development campaigns and promotional activities.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree (final year) or graduate in BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and online research tools.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Age
18 to 28 years (may vary depending on the organization).
Salary / Stipend
₹8,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
